180 degree turns
The 3-Turn is a complicated turn on one leg, which allows you developing sense of equilibrium and balance.
At the moment of performing the 3-Turn, you shift your weight onto one leg. This leg will be your supporting and steering leg. You perform the turn because of a small jump after which you turn your leg 180.
If you roll on your right leg, then the turn should be counterclockwise, and if on your left leg, then turn clockwise.
One more important thing is the lifted leg. With its help you start turning. At first, you need to lift it to the side of the turn, and then turn 180 degrees with the help of your supporting leg.
Besides, you can keep your balance by moving your free leg.
