180 degree turns

Two foot transition

The Tow Foot Transition is a very quick way of turning 180 degrees.

To perform the Tow Foot Transition, set your legs so that one is ahead of the other at the moment of movement.

Such a position will give you greater stability and will help you perform the Tow Foot Transition correctly.

After that, you will need to simultaneously turn your legs 180 degrees very quickly, leaning on your toes. If your right leg is ahead, then you will turn both of your legs counterclockwise and if your left leg is ahead, then do it clockwise.

To do the Tow Foot Transition backwards, you need to turn 180 degrees but leaning on your heels. You should do backward turning in the opposite direction to the direction of your toes, that is mirror image – if your right leg is ahead than you should go clockwise, if your left leg is ahead, than counterclockwise.
